Ok, so we signed the paperwork tonight to make an offer on a house! Go us! Wish us luck. Eeeekkk. We are offering less than the asking price so if we don't get it, oh well, nothing lost. :-)
Eek is right! I will cross my fingers (did I mention we bought our house 10 days before S was born, moved like 2 weeks after he was born... I actually slept better after he was like 3 weeks then I had in MONTHS, I was FINALLY RELAXED -- with a NEWBORN). Yeesh. Let me know if you need to freak out on me. I understand.
