So far all systems go on the Santa Clara Duplex. We meet with the agent this evening to go over the lease and give our deposit. Woot! This will make the move super easy as we are just moving across the street :) Here is a pic of the outside.
love it! I wish though that you were moving to Santa Clara, OR! good luck with no dishwasher, man I remeber those days and am glad that I'm not you! LOL. did you say you were going to Utah for Christmas? We are flying in on Christmas day and staying a week. If your around lets get together!
